Pasture to Plate is Proud to offer Fresh Holiday Turkeys for Pre-Order Howard Kauffman Turkey Farms is one of the last remaining independent family owned and operated turkey farms with its own dressing plant in the country. Raised in Waterman Illinois, they are free range grown on the Kauffman Turkey Farm with no growth hormones or antibiotics. These Turkeys are grown from hatching until they are dressed in the farm's federally inspected plant. They raise their birds with an emphasis on quality. This means that the turkeys grow more slowly and develop a richer flavor and denser texture.
