Question: What are your hours of operation?
Answer: Pasture To Plate offers an answering service that lets you place orders after hours for next day delivery or pickup. Our hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm and Saturday deliveries only.
Question: What are your shipping cut-off times?
Answer: Cut-off time for in town orders placed for same day delivery is 12:00 noon. Cut-off time for out of town orders for next day delivery via UPS or FedEx is 2:00pm. Cut-off time for out of town orders for same day delivery via 3rd party LTL or airline shipments is 1:00 pm.
Question: Is your meat shipped fresh or frozen?
Answer: We ship our products fresh or frozen in a styro-foam cooler with food safe gel packs.
Question: I am a new Customer interested in Pasture To Plate products. How do I go about becoming a Customer?

Question: Who do you service?
Answer: Pasture To Plate provides wholesale products to Restaurants, Gourmet Specialty Food Stores, Hotels, Casinos, Country Clubs, Butcher shops, Fine Supermarkets and Institutions. Some of our products are offered to the general public located in the internet specials page.
Question: What is the difference between Wagyu and Prime?
Answer: Wagyu is a particular breed of cattle that exhibits greater marbling than found in USDA Prime.
Question: How long are steaks good in the freezer?
Answer: As long as they are kept at a steady freezing temperature, our steaks/roasts can last from 12/18 months in the freezer. Seafood can last from 3/9 months.
